The Rotary Foundation — Highlights
The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to support the efforts of Rotary International in the fulfillment of the Object of Rotary, Rotary's mission, and the achievement of world understanding and peace through local, national, and international humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs.
PolioPlus — The Global Polio Eradication Initiative is recognized worldwide as a model of public and private cooperation in pursuit of a humanitarian goal. Past WHO Director-General Gro Harlem Brundtland once praised Rotarians as the first group with the vision of a polio-free world and the resolve to see the job done.
Paul Harris Fellowships — Anyone who contributes — or in whose name is contributed — a gift of US$1,000 or more to the Annual Programs Fund may become a Paul Harris Fellow.
Foundation Sustaining Members — Anyone who contributes US$100 or more per year to the Annual Programs Fund will be recognized as a Sustaining Member.
Fund Development — Rotarians around the world give generously to their Foundation to support a wide range of educational, cultural, and humanitarian programs. These gifts ensure that dreams of a better life become reality for thousands of deserving people throughout the world.
Programs of The Rotary Foundation — The Humanitarian Grants Program of The Rotary Foundation provides grants to Rotary clubs and districts to implement humanitarian projects.
